What types of clients do you work with?

We work with youth, adults, and families across all stages of life. Whether you’re an at-risk teen, a busy adult, or a caregiver supporting a loved one, we provide individualized care that fits your unique needs and goals.

How soon can I schedule an appointment?

We do our best to schedule new clients within 3–4 days of your initial outreach. Our goal is to make mental health support accessible when you need it most. You can request an appointment directly through our Headway profile.

Do you offer virtual or telehealth sessions?

Yes! We provide telehealth and virtual therapy sessions, including crisis prevention support, so you can meet with your therapist from the comfort and safety of your home. These sessions are secure, confidential, and flexible around your schedule.

What conditions do you treat?

We support a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, adjustment and stress-related issues, caregiver burnout, and psychotic disorders. We also help clients manage life transitions, grief, and family challenges.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we work with Headway to manage insurance-based bookings and billing. You can easily check your coverage and schedule a session through our Headway profile. For those paying out-of-pocket, we also accept Zelle payments prior to each session.
